Soup of the week
The Sands seafood cocktail
Duck parfait served with fig marmalade and toasted home made bread
Slow roasted pork belly with Chestnut puree Quince coulis and crispy Granny Smith apple
Warm goat’s cheese served with pear and watercress salad
MAIN COURSES

Pan fried salmon fillets served with sauce Béarnaise, parsley potatoes, wilted spinach and steamed vegetables
Traditional Roast Sirloin of Beef and Yorkshire Pudding served with seasonal vegetables and red wine jus
Traditional roast turkey with sage and onion stuffing, served with Cranberry sauce, chipolatas wrapped in bacon, roast potatoes and steamed vegetables
Baked gammon with Cumberland sauce served with roast potatoes and vegetable gratin
Pumpkin risotto served with white truffle oil, roasted root vegetables and mini capresse salad
